The twentieth century is running out. In this century many of the theories of the nineteenth century have been realized, resulting in the accumulation of money, technology and information . These three unique powers have tremendously effected individual, familial and social relations . Harmony has been transformed into discord. The environment has been disturbed. Panthers have disappeared , and the human is waning. We are quickly approaching the new century. Regardless of whether the new millennium will start with dialogue or clash, one thing is certain and that is the existence of concern over the global management of resources such as soil , air , … .

In fact in a country where the average yearly amount of evaporation is much greater than the average amount of rain, what is the policy and position of its inhabitants in the future meetings? What are the capabilities of its managers to engage in dialogue on environmentalism or their power to deal with conflicting resource uses? The answer is not that difficult provide we consider our limited natural capacities and provided that we not only look at the present but also plan for the future.

In the section entitled “ Editor-in-chief speech” in our Spring 1999 issue , we said that environmental beliefs have changed from simply theoretical issues and now with the help of scientific, philosophical ,cultural, social and ecological findings it is important to find a balance between theoretical basis and practical applications.

Future boundaries will be influenced by this insight. Producers and owners of environment information will be on one side, and on the other side will stand consumers. and this type of transactions will be substantially different from the business world of the twentieth century.

Seller will not just sell but will take possession and purchasers will not just buy but they will hand over. This statement is the secret to the wonders in the twenty first century and if the Green Front of IRAN offers Green Peace Quarterly after ten years, it is only following a media strategy to discover and take possession of IRAN 's fair share in the wonders of the century.
